PAYMENT / PAGO

-I only accept FULL PAYMENT upfront and through PAYPAL. Partial payment can be requested (or I will grant it) if the commission costs more than 30$.

Refunds will be given based on the amount of work I've completed, and therefore handled case by case. However, I will not refund completed commissions.

-Extra charges may be added based on the complexity of the background, details and the number of characters in the illustration, etc.
A 20% discount is also applied from the 3rd extra character in the same illustration (as long as they belong to the same category).

-Solo acepto el PAGO COMPLETO por adelantado y mediante PAYPAL. El pago parcial se puede solicitar (o lo otorgaré yo misma) si la comisión cuesta más de 30$.
Los reembolsos se otorgarán en función de la cantidad de trabajo que haya completado y, por lo tanto, revisado caso por caso. Por supuesto, no reembolsaré las comisiones completadas.

-Cargos extra pueden ser añadidos en base a la complejidad del fondo, detalles y la cantidad de personajes en la ilustración, etc.
También se aplica un descuento del 20% a partir del 3er personaje extra en una misma ilustración (siempre y cuando pertenezcan a la misma categoría).

-If you DON'T have a clear visual references of the subject you would like drawn, I'm now adding a 5 to 20 USD charge depending on the complexity of the description. This also applies to any visual references that require me to take artistic liberties with the portrayal of your subject/character.

-Si NO tiene referencias visuales claras del tema que le gustaría dibujar, se sumará un cargo de 5 a 20 USD dependiendo de la complejidad de la descripción. Esto también se aplica a cualquier referencia visual que precise tomar libertades artísticas con la representación de tu  personaje.

1) After you have read my TOS, you can look at my prices and samples for the commission type that best suits your wants. When you have decided, fill out my commission order form, email me at xelemi.art@gmail.com . Make sure that my commissions are open before sending! I will be taking a limited number of slots each month.
2) When filling out the form, please have all the references ready and included. I will not send the invoice until I have received everything I need to complete the commission. If you don't get your references to me within a week, your commission form will be deleted and you will have to resubmit.
3) Returning customers: Please include references every time you make a request. Yes, I might be familiar with your characters, but it saves me a tremendous amount of time to have everything in one place without me having to dig up your references. Thank you for understanding.
4) It may take a day or two, but after reviewing your order, you will receive a Paypal invoice detailing the expenses. Additional charges apply depending on the complexity of the commission and will be listed in the invoice. Once it is paid in full, you will be secured a spot on my queue. Partial payment can be requested on the form if the commission costs more than $30.
5) Turnover can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks, depending on my queue and other factors. Please be patient if it takes time. If there are any issues on my end that may extend the work time, I will keep you up to date on them via email.
6) I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason. Under such circumstances, you will be emailed informing you why it was declined, but I will not tolerate any belligerence.

- 1) Después de haber leído mis TDS, puede mirar los precios y muestras para el tipo de comisión que mejor se adapte a sus deseos. Cuando lo haya decidido, complete el formulario de pedido de comisión, envíe un correo electrónico a xelemi.art@gmail.com. ¡Asegúrate de que mis comisiones estén abiertas antes de enviar! Tomaré un número limitado de espacios cada mes.
2) Al completar el formulario, tenga todas las referencias listas e incluidas. No enviaré la factura hasta haber recibido todo lo necesario para completar la comisión. Si no recibo sus referencias en el plazo de una semana, su formulario de comisión será eliminado y tendrá que volver a enviarlo.
3) Clientes recurrentes: incluya referencias cada vez que realice una solicitud. Sí, puedo estar familiarizado con tus personajes, pero me ahorra una gran cantidad de tiempo tener todo en un solo lugar sin tener que buscar tus referencias. Gracias por entender.
4) Puede tomar uno o dos días, pero después de revisar su pedido, recibirá una factura de Paypal detallando los gastos. Se aplican cargos adicionales según la complejidad de la comisión y se enumerarán en la factura. Una vez que se pague por completo, se le asegurará un lugar en mi cola. Se puede solicitar el pago parcial en el formulario si la comisión cuesta más de $30.
5) La rotación puede tardar desde unos días hasta algunas semanas, dependiendo de mi cola y otros factores. Tenga paciencia si lleva tiempo. Si hay algún problema por mi parte que pueda extender el tiempo de trabajo, lo mantendré informado por correo electrónico.
6) Me reservo el derecho a rechazar una comisión por cualquier motivo. En tales circunstancias, se le enviará un correo electrónico informándole por qué se rechazó, pero no toleraré ninguna beligerancia.
